1. Overview

This "Website" or "Site" means the hosted site provided by [ENTITY LEGAL NAME] at [WEBSITE URL] ("Ripplemark", "we", "us", and/or "our"), created to provide our social giving platform to our Site users ("you", "your"). An attribution cookie (set only after you accept our cookie banner, and only if you arrived via a link someone shared) records which platform and which type of content brought you to the Site, so we can understand which shares actually lead to a pledge or gift — it is first-party only, never sold or shared with advertisers, you can decline it any time via the cookie banner, and it expires automatically after 30 days.

3. Our Use of Your Personal Data and Other Information

This Policy applies only to the Site. Links to other sites not operated by Ripplemark ("Third Party Sites") are not covered by this Policy, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

8. Integrating Social Networking Services

The Site may allow you to log in or connect via social networking services (currently, Google). When you connect such a service, we collect information it provides us access to, and use, store, and disclose it per this Policy — though the practices of the third-party service itself are governed by its own policies, not ours. You may also have the option to post Site activity to a connected service; anyone who can see that service's activity from you will see it.

9. Security

Ripplemark uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect Personal Data in transit. No payment information is stored on our servers — payment processing is handled by Stripe. We take reasonable steps to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, but no internet or email transmission is ever fully secure. We will notify affected users promptly by email if a breach of Personal Data occurs.
